Ear Checkup
We went back to the vet today for an ear checkup. Wiki was soo nervous. She was spazzing out a bit as we went in and some kid tried to pet her, which agitated her more. Thankfully the kid had a good parent who explained that you always need to ask before petting other people's dogs and that Wiki was scared...
Her ears are mostly better. No debris on the outer part, just a little in the deeper part of the ear, so we're just going to keep an eye on it for now. Next week she goes back to get spayed and then hopefully that will be the end of it for a while.
Wiki was so excited to go back home that she actually jumped into the car. (Normally I have to lift her up quite forcefully.)

Glad to hear that her ears are looking better! - Although Dolly and Franklin don't like going to the vet, I always bring a bag of soft treats for them, and give them to them in the waiting area. - I ask them to sit, lay down, etc. and treat them, and it makes it a less stressful place for them. Worth a try!
- As for jumping in the car, once she starts, she'll keep doing it! Dolly (now 4 1/2 yrs) loves jumping up in our pickup truck!
I tried bringing treats, but she was so stressed that she refused to eat them. Which, for Wiki, is really saying something.
That's great that Dolly loves the car. I think Wiki is starting to like looking out the back at everything going on...
oh wiki! im is jackson! i weim like you! we has big drooopy ears cause we weimarmerz! gottsa keeps are cleans! my gets dirteez so mutch daddy has clean my ears lots! is good you not bite that boy at vet. i seenz that and it not good :( you get good k? happy wensday morniing!

I'm pretty jealous of your banner pic and the pic you have with both dogs facing out toward the field of sunflowers. I am looking forward to being able to take some more naturey pics instead of relying on colorful pillowcases ;-)
