Fruit
We have lots of fruit trees in the backyard. Wiki is particularly fond of apples, but she'll eat pretty much anything she can find. Here, she tries a nectarine for the first time. Of course she has to carry it underneath me for protection. Wouldn't want any big hungry bears to come steal the fruit away.

Our weim, Dolly likes apples, too. But grapes, raisins, dates, figs and prunes are toxic to all doggies, so we keep them far away from them!
Luckily we don't have any of those things in the backyard! Especially because it can be very tricky to keep Wiki away from anything...
by the way, great camera work! How did you spin around 180 degrees and stay standing!?
Having a puppy has been an excellent lesson in balance in a number of ways ;-)
